Weatherill Essentials Return & Refund Policy

Applicability: This policy applies worldwide to all transactions conducted through Weatherill Essentials and its four divisions: The Core Store, Tech, Publishing, and Ministerial Services.
1. General Policy Statement
Weatherill Essentials is a comprehensive brand dedicated to the modern rural lifestyle, providing retail products, digital tools, creative publishing, and spiritual guidance. Due to the personalized and "made-to-order" nature of our products and services, all sales are final except in cases of documented manufacturing defects or physical damage upon arrival.
2. Digital Products & Innovation (WE Tech)
This division develops digital tools, applications, and games designed to simplify and entertain.
- No Refunds: All digital products, including custom app development and web applications, are non-refundable as they are delivered or made specifically for the user.
- Technical Support: For issues accessing digital products like WE Search or WE Notes, please contact orders@weatherillessentials.com.
3. Publishing & Management (WE Publishing)
The creative hub handles music, literature, and talent management.
- Digital Media: Purchases of digital music (artists, albums) or books (authors, titles) are non-refundable once the digital file has been accessed or downloaded.
- Locked Content: Access to exclusive digital content is final; however, we will provide troubleshooting if access fails.
4. Ministerial & Spiritual Services (WE Ministerial)
Led by Minister Dallas Weatherill, this division provides inclusive spiritual guidance and ceremony services.
- Global Digital Services: Spiritual guidance available worldwide via video conferencing is considered a service rendered and is non-refundable.
- Donations & Tips: All donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
5. Physical Retail Goods (The Core Store)
The primary online destination for country home and lifestyle goods.
- Made-to-Order Nature: Products such as country clothing, rustic décor, and durable cookware are produced especially for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues.
- Faulty/Damaged Goods: Refunds or replacements are strictly limited to physical items that are faulty or damaged.
- Claims Requirement: To initiate a resolution, you must provide clear photos of the product on a flat, well-lit surface showing the defect or damage. Email these details to orders@weatherillessentials.com.
- Claim Window: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to report any quality issues.
6. Global Shipping & International Terms
- Worldwide Responsibility: While our services are available globally, customers outside of the primary shipping origin are the "Importer of Record."
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs charges. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable in cases where a package is rejected by the customer due to customs fees.
7. Cancellations & Financials
- Order Modifications: Physical product orders can only be cancelled or amended before they enter the production phase.
- Refund Processing:
- PayPal: Refunds typically appear in your account within 24 business hours.
- Credit Card: Refunds generally take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
