These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("The User") and Weatherill Essentials regarding your access to and use of our primary website (weatherillessentials.com), its subdomains, and associated network aliases (wesan.biz, wessan.org).

• Copyright Ownership: All written literature, psychological thrillers, romance novels, cozy mysteries, audio files, sheet music, and recorded musical tracks published under our network are the exclusive intellectual property of Weatherill Essentialsor our explicitly managed creators (including JJ Weatherill, Dallas Weatherill, and Violet Wayne).
• Usage Restrictions: Media downloads, digital book purchases, and audio streams are authorized exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. The unauthorized distribution, reproduction, peer-to-peer file-sharing, public broadcast, or commercial resale of downloaded files or text modules is strictly prohibited. • Submission Ownership & Rights: By uploading files, you grant Weatherill Essentials a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host and publicly display the tribute on our verified domains. You retain original ownership of your content. If a photo is withheld due to rights constraints, a respectful flower placeholder icon will be utilized automatically.
• Moderation Authority: To preserve the absolute dignity of the platform, our Ministerial Services Division reviews every single submission. We maintain an absolute right to edit text for clarity, filter out inaccuracies, or instantly remove any public memorial page if an external ownership or copyright dispute is initiated.

3. Global Commerce & Shipping Regulations (The Core Store)
When ordering physical items from our primary e-commerce storefront or its transaction subdomains, you explicitly agree to the following international trade stipulations:

• Importer of Record Designation: If you place an order for physical goods destined for delivery outside of our primary origin location, you are legally deemed the "Importer of Record".
